Redesign and beyond for First Horizon

With a recent merger and an outdated website, First Horizon wanted a redesign and to share their message of community and trust to their customers. Leveraging their existing Sitecore system, we helped them translate their design into re-useable, well-documented Sitecore components, that were both experience editor compatible as well as ADA compliant.

Hands all touching a tree
The Challenge

How to engage and enervate

First Horizon wanted to bring multiple brands and customer bases under one umbrella. They wanted their website to be a hub for all their products and services, but at the same time, convey their community involvement and trustworthiness.

Our Strategy

Redesign without retooling

Arkane Digital worked with a design agency and brought their new designs to life in Sitecore. At the same time, we created 40 Sitecore components with proper experience editor support, so that their content editors could more efficiently update their content and convey their message.

Our Approach

Dev and Design

We worked hand in hand with the design agency to ensure responsive compatible designs

Documentation driven

Along the way, every component created also had detailed documentation to let content editors more easily use them

Always accessible

We collaborated with the design agency to ensure things like menus and buttons would pass ADA compliance checks

Excellent Experience

From rendering parameters to default datasources, we ensured content editors would have a smooth experience
